Scheduling - we utilize a "milestone" scheduling method that provides exact guidelines for every stage of the project and assures adherence to the project's schedule. Budgeting - we provide cost budgeting throughout the design process. During Schematic Design, comparative budget estimates are provided followed by a more detailed cost analysis during the Design Development phase. Upon completion of Working Drawings, the cost estimates are reviewed once again. Expert Assistance - during the contractor selection process, coordinating bidding procedures and offering a thorough review of bids and services will ensure that all bids are accurate and inclusive of the full scope of work described in the Construction Documents. After the selection, we work closely with owners and contractors during the construction phase to make sure that the work is performed in accordance with the approved Construction Documents and that all post-construction punch list items are satisfactorily resolved. |
